Words by Grotti - 'A friend of mine took a stunning photo of this magical red tail black cockatoo quite some time ago and I’ve had it sitting on my studio wall ever since, hoping that one day I would have the time required to paint her and do her justice. Alas, here she is!!! After 5 days of non stop painting and endless cups of tea (alright maybe a cheeky wine).
Aretha is a BOLD, strong statement artwork that will stand the test of time and bring some magic to your space. Cos these birds have mad magic in them and make my heart FULL!'
