Can I collect my order in store?
Yes. If you’re local, simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect from our store at 10 Commercial Street West, Mount Gambier, SA 5290.

How quickly will my order be sent?
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 business days. If there’s any delay, we’ll be in touch.

Do you ship internationally?
We can arrange selective international shipping on request. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether shipping is available to your location and provide a quote.

Do you send tracking details?
Yes. All parcel orders are sent with tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Are all products available online?
Almost all our range is available online, and we’re always updating the site with new arrivals. Occasionally, there may be in-store items not yet listed, or larger pieces that are better suited to in-store purchase or quote-based shipping.

What if the item I want is bulky or oversized?
Some larger or fragile items can’t be shipped under our standard flat-rate postage. If a product requires a custom shipping quote, this will be noted on the listing.

What if something sells in-store at the same time I order it online?
This is rare, but it can occasionally happen. If it does, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. If the item can be reordered, we’ll let you know the timeframe. If it can’t, we’ll issue a refund.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll work with you on a solution.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. For eligible full-price clothing purchased online, we may offer an exchange or store credit if the item is returned in original condition with tags attached. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Do you accept new suppliers or brand submissions?

We’re always discovering new makers, artists and brands, and we truly appreciate the time and care that goes into each submission.

If you’d like to be considered for Green Door Decor, please email through your catalogue, website and Instagram details, along with relevant pricing information. Due to the volume of enquiries we receive, we’re not always able to respond to every submission individually. However, we review new brands periodically throughout the year and will be in touch if there’s a good fit.

Do you support local donations or community requests?

We receive a high volume of requests for donations and community support, and while we would love to say yes to everything, it’s not always possible. We review requests periodically and support where we can, but unfortunately, we’re unable to respond to every enquiry individually. Thank you for your understanding and for thinking of us.
