Can I pick up from you?
Yes you can, you can collect from our studio free of charge in Mount Gambier, SA. Once, you have selected your order, please choose 'Local Pickup ONLY' at Checkout to void shipping fees, then please email or message us on Facebook to arrange collection.
How do we visit your studio?
We love having visitors look through the range in our studio. Viewings are by appointment but we are flexible, so the easiest way to message us to get an immediate response is via the messaging service on our Facebook page. Or you can Direct Message us via Instagram, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

The item I am after is out of stock?
While we try to keep varying sizes in stock of any design, we can't always keep all sizes, so if the size you are after is not available on our site, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to get it in for you. This can take anywhere from 7 - 14 days to receive from our artists or we can arrange to get sent direct to you.
I am after a different size?
Each artist we stock produces their work on their own art paper and in their own sizes. We can let you know what sizes their work comes in, but please bear in mind some artists only print up to the A3 or A2 size, so no, not everyone can provide you with a large format piece of art.
Do you only sell Australian artists' work?
Yes, we are very proud to support many amazing and creative artists that are Australian based. This means their work is not only created and designed in Australia, but also printed, packaged and posted in Australia too. In most cases, you are supporting Aussie mums and their families and small business owners. We also have 1 artist from New Zealand.
Where can we find you at markets or events?
During the summer season, we regularly show at various markets, festivals and events in the South East of SA and Western Victoria. We will keep you updated of where we are via our social media pages, as well as list the events under 'Markets/Events' on this website. It's a great way for you to see the products up close if you're unsure. It's also a good idea for you to give us notice if you are after a particular size or design, in case we need time to re-stock it.
Do the prints fit store bought frames?
In most cases, our prints do fit a variety of store bought frames in these sizes - 6x8 inch, 8x10 inch, A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, 50x70cm, 60x90cm, 61x91cm. We have found there are some great frame options at Spotlight, Kmart, Ikea, Country Road, Big W and many other discount stores, plus online at www.frenchknot.com.au. We DO NOT post framed prints.
Can you frame the prints for us?
If you can collect from our studio, we are able to help you out with framing your prints in store bought frames for a small charge. Unfortunately we are not able to post framed prints. We also use a local framer in Mount Gambier for custom framing jobs, particularly on the large format artwork, which can be arranged for you.
Can I return my print?
Unfortunately I cannot accept a return based on change of mind, so please choose carefully. If your print arrives damaged, I will organise a replacement which can take approximately 2-3 weeks to get in if still available. Please email photos of the damage (including packaging) to firstname.lastname@example.org. In some cases, i.e. if the print is a limited edition print, it will need to be returned to us immediately at your cost, once received we will refund you the cost of postage.
What if I add an item to my cart while you are selling at an event?
We update our site’s product availability every day, however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time, especially if we are exhibiting at an event. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period.
If it is an item that we cannot re-order, we will give you a refund immediately. If it is an item we can re-order, we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
Do you only sell art prints?
No, we also sell a range of other gifts, jewellery and home decor items that our artists' create. These include a huge selection of greeting cards, earrings and necklaces, stationery, tote bags, brooches and lapel pins, teatowels and cushions. Plus we are also a stockist for low-toxic cleaning products and sprays by Hugelmade - these can be collected from our studio.
Is everything you stock on the website?
Nearly!! We are still adding many new products to the site on a weekly basis. Keep an eye out for new artwork from new contributing artists plus other items of home decor.
