Missy Minzy
Irene is the artist/illustrator behind the label Missy Minzy. She has more than 15 years of professional working experience in various industries, from a graphic designer to a packaging designer to an advertising designer...and now she's an illustrator! Originally from Malaysia. Irene has lived in Melbourne for over a decade before relocating to Canberra with her husband and 2 children. She really adores creating things which make people smile!
All of Irene's illustrations are hand drawn. She colours them either digitally or with traditional media, such as watercolour or designer gouache, then gives her work a special touch by enhancing the details with some textures or surface pattern design. Irene says her style and design is always changing, depending on what inspires her!
