We offer local pick-up from our store at 10 Commercial Street West, Mount Gambier, SA 5290.

If you’re local, simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready for collection. We highly recommend this option for local customers, especially if you’ve spotted something online and want to secure it before someone else snaps it up in-store.

Wherever possible, we reuse and recycle packaging materials we receive, and every order is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely and thoughtfully.

For shipped orders, we offer flat-rate Australia-wide shipping of $12.95, excluding bulky or oversized items.

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 business days. If an item needs to be specially ordered or if there is an unexpected delay, we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.

All parcel orders are sent with tracking, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Some larger, heavier or more fragile items may fall outside our standard shipping rate. Where applicable, the product listing will note this, and we ask that you contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing. If an order is placed for a bulky item without a prior quote, we may need to contact you to arrange payment of the additional shipping cost before dispatch.

We also offer selective international shipping by request. If you’d like a quote, please get in touch before ordering so we can confirm whether shipping is possible to your location and provide pricing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, this may delay your order and create additional postage costs payable by you.

Once your parcel has been lodged, delivery timeframes are handled by Australia Post or the relevant carrier. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help you follow up on it.
