Refund policy

At Green Door Decor, we take great care in packing and sending your order. We also understand that issues can arise, so this policy explains what happens if they do. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

For full-price clothing purchased online, we may offer an exchange or store credit if:

  • you contact us within 14 days of purchase
  • the item is unworn, unused and in original condition
  • all tags are attached
  • the item is returned to us with prior approval

Unless an item is faulty, incorrect or damaged, return postage for exchanges or store credits is the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items

We do not offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges or store credits on sale or discounted items. However, if a sale item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@greendoordecor.com.au with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and, where relevant, the packaging

If an item does not meet consumer guarantees, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the issue, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Where the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, Green Door Decor will cover reasonable return postage costs or provide instructions for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
