Taking sustainability to that next level, their supplier harnesses the power of renewable energy, both solar and utilising discarded waste, uses reclaimed water through drip irrigation on non-arable land, reuses jojoba pulp to fertilise yields and protects biodiversity by maintaining wild types of jojoba plantations.

The production of palm oil contributes to destroying the habitats of endangered animals through rapid deforestation and we're just not about that. This large-scale destruction of rainforests is also releasing significant quantities of carbon pollution into the atmosphere, making palm oil a major global driver of human-induced climate change. 

Packaging

Butt Naked lip balm packaging is twist-up for your convenience. The packaging uses Kraft paper and soya ink on the outer and recyclable PP + ABS. BPA Free Plastic on the inner. The Chai Lip Scrub is packaged in aluminium using biodegradable tamper seals made from Celon, a plant-based fibre.
